They understand and utilize a delicate balance of hard and soft skills. Moving beyond merely knowing what to do, a true leader is deeply invested in how to do it.\u00a0 In this workshop, you\u2019ll learn foundational roles, skills, and functions of champion leadership, influence and inclusion, negotiation, communication, conflict resolution, performance evaluation and accountability. He was a top-5 football recruit within the state of Alabama and signed a scholarship with The University of Alabama.\u00a0 During his career with The Crimson Tide, He received several awards and accolades including (2010 &amp; 2011) Special Teams Player of the Year; (2011) the Jerry Duncan \u201cI Like to Practice\u201d Award; (2011) Charlie Compton Award, which recognizes Christian leadership. In addition, Gibson was also a member of the 2009 &amp; 2011 National Championship teams. Prescott, Ph.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Robert K. Prescott has spent 20 years in industry and over 16 years in teaching and consulting positions. His work experience spans from corporate engagement at the Office of Teaching Innovation and Digital Education at The University of Alabama to being director of executive education at Penn State, among many other positions.<\/p>\n<p>In both corporate and academic settings, Bob has taught graduate-level courses in the doctorate, master of business administration and master of human resources programs.
