She received her bachelor\u2019s degree in sociology with a minor in applied data analysis from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.\u00a0 Lary has more than two decades of experience in sales, human resources, fundraising, event planning and program management.\u00a0 A seasoned customer service professional, Lary began her career in 1996 as the human resource and operations manager for McRae\u2019s Department Store in Tuscaloosa, where she managed more than 100 employees and store revenue exceeding $16 million. She is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a certified professional in the Society for Human Resource Management.
