Regardless of tenure in leadership roles, focusing on heightened self-awareness helps leaders <em>leverage their natural strengths<\/em> and find ways to <em>address their developmental areas in a positive, productive way.<\/em> In turn, enhanced self-awareness gained through perspective-building tools helps leaders understand and adapt their behaviors to rapidly changing circumstances and develop effective strategies for leading their associates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participants Will Learn How To:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Describe and define the personal attributes of successful leaders (e.g., effective communication, influencing others, emotional intelligence, driving for results, thinking strategically, problem-solving, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Personalize a \u201cleadership vision\u201d and link it to their personal and organizational mission, vision, and values<\/li>\n<li>Understand key leadership success factors and potential leadership career derailers<\/li>\n<li>Gain insight relative to leadership preferences using assessments such as Personality Type (Big Five), Influence strategies (PVQ), and Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) philosophy<\/li>\n<li>Solve problems and solve people issues with leadership tactics<\/li>\n<li>Identify areas for improvement and set developmental goals for forward action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"our-clients\">Available Dates:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Custom training available on-site or via Zoom Livestream \u2013 On your schedule!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pricing<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pricing information available upon request. Prescott, Ph.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Robert K. Prescott has spent 20 years in industry and over 16 years in teaching and consulting positions. His work experience spans from corporate engagement at the Office of Teaching Innovation and Digital Education at The University of Alabama to being director of executive education at Penn State, among many other positions.<\/p>\n<p>In both corporate and academic settings, Bob has taught graduate-level courses in the doctorate, master of business administration and master of human resources programs. She is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a certified professional in the Society for Human Resource Management.
