UA students \u2013 distance students, too \u2013 have access to counseling resources that can help you cope with whatever life is throwing your way.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Uwill Student Mental Health and Wellness<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ccswpms01.ua.edu\/online\/uwill\/\">Uwill<\/a>\u00a0is a free teletherapy service available to all UA Online students. Uwill has over 1,000 counselors nationwide with different backgrounds, ethnicities and identities to meet the needs of each individual student. In addition to counseling, Uwill also offers mindfulness exercises, yoga and other workshops.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Uwill provides remote access to therapists through multiple modes, including video, phone, chat and messaging. Uwill services are available 24\/7, including evenings, weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">UA Counseling Center<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/counseling.sa.ua.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">UA Counseling Center<\/a> services are available for distance students in Alabama through telecounseling. Call <a href=\"tel:+1-205-348-3863\">(205) 348-3863<\/a> to speak with a counselor or schedule an appointment. For students outside of Alabama, they can help you identify an appropriate referral in your area. The office will be open to phone calls Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m CST.<\/p>\n<div>Take care of yourself.
