What started as correspondence courses years ago has transformed into cutting-edge, technology-enabled instruction that connects you to the same professors who teach main campus students at UA every day.<\/p>\n<p>To reflect more clearly who we are and what we do, we changed our name in 2021 from Bama By Distance to The University of Alabama Online. Don&#8217;t worry \u2013 it&#8217;s just a name change.
